I’m also appearing at this little shindig next month called Imaginarium...if you’re a writer, an artist, a creative type, or a book lover – you’ll want to be there. Trust me. Not only are we going to have extensive tracks on the mechanics of writing, genre fiction, marketing your writing, and getting published, but there are going to be a ton of authors and publishers and filmmakers and general creative types to talk to. And if you want to hit your Christmas list early for the readers in your life…you will not be disappointed.
I got my panel list today, and I have to say I’m pretty stoked:
Friday 6:00 PM A Brief History of Storytelling (M)
Saturday 12:00 PM Women in Genre
Saturday 3:00 PM Fan Fiction (M)
Saturday 4:00 PM Writing The Other
Saturday 6:30 PM Cross-Medium Horror Forum (M)
Sunday 10:00 AM The Language of Fear
Bless the coordinators for remembering I’m not the sharpest crayon in the box early in the morning. The M’s mean that I’m moderating those panels…I’m thinking an outright cage fight for the cross-medium horror forum, but we’ll see. Nevertheless, I think we’re going to have some epic conversations, so don’t miss out.
And if you haven’t delved into the world of the Imaginarium yet, go here and be prepared to see a convention like none other! I’m definitely proud to be part of this one, kidlets…
Sounds like a great forum for you, Selah. Good luck moderating those panels.
